We’ve added new cross-campaign behavior settings to help you better coordinate multiple survey campaigns. You can now sequence campaigns so that a survey is only shown after users have seen selected previous campaigns, with an optional waiting period. You can also prevent overlap by excluding users who have already seen or responded to specific surveys. These options make it easier to avoid duplicate survey experiences and create better-timed follow-up campaigns.
