You can now customize the subject line of Email Alerts in Refiner.
Instead of using the default subject, you can define your own and include dynamic data with Liquid Tags, such as the survey name, segment name, tag name, contact traits, or response data like an NPS score.
This makes it easier to scan incoming alerts, route them to the right inbox, and understand what happened without opening the full email.
